Hamlet - an expressive interpretation of William Shakespeare's drama
My Hamlet is very experimental. Its form refers to trash style. I was balancing on the verge of readability, wanting to get the effect of restless notes on the pages of the script. I was also inspired by graffiti and street art, for example the use of stencil and spray. While creating illustration, I focused on hero’s experiences and emotions. I resigned from the literal representation of events. Black and white refers to sudden changes in the lives of the heroes. This also refers to the mental problems of the Hamlet, the false disposition of the queen and the rest of the court.
