The task was to build an interactive timeline of ones choice. I chose to build an interactive timeline based on the best selling albums from 1968-2012 according to (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best-selling_albums_by_year_in_the_United_States).I  began by designing it to look like a black and white portrait, which was pretty straight forward and all it required was the user to hover and click to find out more about the artist..but as I am a human and humans tend to be progressive I did not stop there. I went on to add a parallax-like vertical scroll timeline of including the videos from the best selling albums.
