Shanghai Linkai Wenchuang is the overall development of the Zhongsu River Bay Gateway Project along the Suzhou River in Shanghai. It faces Jing’an Joy City in the north, and the historic building reconstruction commercial project in Sixingtiandili in the south, and looks out at the People’s Square, the Bund, Lujiazui and other important business districts, with dense commercial heights. It is adjacent to the entrances and exits of Metro Line 12 and Line 8 in operation, and the adjacent Tibet North Road and Qufu Road are both important traffic roads, with a large flow of vehicles and people. As a rail transit superstructure (TOD) project in the core area of Shanghai, the design aims to create a new landmark of riverside culture and art and a place for citizens' leisure and entertainment with an open and unique architectural image.
