MUSEO DEL NOVECENTO - MILANO
____________________________________________________
You realise what you wanted when you can’t have it. We live in an era where we keep forgetting the importance of what surround us, we take it for granted. But it’s not so and this project has his heart in this idea. The cross on the cover wants to instigate you: do you dare open this book and realise what you are loosing? Where you were used to see images there’s nothing, or better there’s a cross and this graphic game is protagonist of all the book. But anything can’t be seen in just one way and that’s how the cross can be the roman symbol for number ten and change all the interpretation of this book. The dominant colour is black but again it’s not just a dark colour but the emblem of a higher concept: we start looking at something just only when the reflector light goes to black. So the Museo del Novecento closes to celebrate his tenth anniversary and make us conscious of what we were ignoring.
