Barks & Rex are Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation's team mascots that I designed in 2015. This anthropomorphized dog and bird duo represents the department during the national July is Parks & Recreation Month celebration as part of all the creative assets I get to design that promotes this annual endeavor, including TV graphics, social media graphics, display and print ads, flyers and banners.
