The dearth of the compass has led to the application of its iconography; externalising the creative instrumentation of architecture. Its solitude has presented an enlightenment that requires equivalent recognition and application of use. There is a future in our current climate, the issue is whether we can be articulate in the notion of the perpetuation of our craft. #architecture  #architects  #anarchy

What was the point of the war?

Three letters that generate a great deal of mistrust - war - or ‘was’ if we consider this as a german translation. It already premeditates it’s past to discuss the point to translation; the ability to dispel a sense of fear in the language of the mother tongue. It is much the trait expressed with architecture offering signs that are unknown or familiar that are consciously adapted as style. Architects are of mixed belief held between tradition and the modern arguing the pretext for the future. They move through a quandary of references that equate wealth with information intent on rumbling the context of creation. It is in fact the grammar of architecture that induces chaos; where heartfelt beliefs languor in isolation to draw significance beyond nature; to disturb the tabula rasa of the consensus and reverberate politically. Many projects are lost in translation, somehow formed by science before architecture could take grasp, which appears as the enemy. So an architect builds with fortitude, undecided whether to appear plain or insane; there are no half measures; and in the maelstrom we confront the silent aggressor; the virus of our time; held in fear because the construct is implausible.
