Digital marketing is now not only SEO, PPC, or Facebook. Daily new terms and technology are getting added into its scope. 
 
Let’s begin,
Understanding the prospect: First, we need to understand our Target Audience and the best place and time to reach out to that Audience. 
In my digital marketing course, I will explain to you how you can reach out to the new customer through a different platform. There are different tools to search for TG and there count.
 
Acquisition of Lead. On the basis of the affinity of TG, show them ads/messages. The same message does not work for all users. Provide them some free stuff so that they can share their detail like phone no or email at the time of registration which will be required for lead nurturing.
In digital marketing course, I will explain the best practices of creative that work for a different audience.
 
Lead nurturing: After acquiring a lead, we have to send personalized messages depending upon the activities and events done on the website/App. Let me explain you with an example. If the user is getting exist from the checkout page then we can send them mail to complete the purchase. Or, if the user is checking the product again and again but not moving further then we can offer them some discount or coupon code on mail/SMS. 
In digital marketing course, I will explain what messages/communication needs to be sent which will be on the basis of activities/events done by the user.
 
Conversion and retention: If we have planned lead nurturing properly then there is a high chance of lead getting converted. Offering discount and coupon attract customer more. 
 
Feedback: Keep on asking user feedback on products and services. It will help you to make your product better and more customer-centric.
 
Metric and actionable insights: Lastly, always monitor the metric because it will give you actionable insight. For example: if we are getting relevant traffic but not getting leads then there is a problem in UI/UX where we need to work on.
