Vida de Guastavino y Guastavino is the latest book by Andrés Barba, a thrilling biography of the architect Rafael Guastavino, who in the late 19th century migrated to New York and built the city's most iconic buildings and facades, such as Central Station and the cathedral St John the Divine. For the cover I tried to create an image that would reflect the sharp tone of the narrator. Published by Anagrama, Madrid, 2020.
