حُب الذات هو مفهوم يعبر عن تقبّل وتقدير الشخص لنفسه; أن تتقبل نفسك كما هي بنقاط ضعفها. دون الحاجة الى رأى الآخرين فيك لتشعر بقيمتك. وأن تكون رحيماً بها فلا تتوقع من الآخرين تقديرك دون أن تقدّر نفسك أولاً
Self-love is the concept of self-acceptance and appreciation; accepting yourself as you are without needing approval from others to feel worthy. Treating yourself with kindness and forgiveness. And To not expect from people to accept you before accepting yourself first.
