This Animation is about a year old. I entitled it Vanity. The assignment was to Create an animation of at least 30 seconds and at most 50 seconds, of a Character in conflict with the Space they are put in.
The inspiration for our Character started with people Drawings. I encountered a Well dressed individual and caught a quick sketch of them, deciding they would become my Character now. So I created Sergey. A well dressed, good looking Man, with a lot of Sass.
Now for the next step I needed to simplify the Character, a lot, because animating the Design I had in the time I was given would have been difficult at best and impossible at worst. The animation didn't need to be super clean, it was allowed to be very rough animation.
And After I had simplified the Design I also created a model sheet with different expressions for the Character as well as a few poses, and a turn around of the model.
