“Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.”

HANDLE WITH CARE
This project was undertaken in my 3rd semester as a part of surface embellishment to understand the perception, cognition, self, space and time of a psychedelic person. Bright colors, curvilinear shapes squeezed and stretched are used to portray the psychedelic style and the embroidered branches in the glasses show the perception of the respective person who is trying hard to figure out what is happening around and reach out to the destination.
