    These email blasts feature eye-catching designs to advertise­ commercial office and medical space for lease. They showcase expansive floorplans, sought after amenities and advertise timely precautions to help reduce spread of Covid-19.

    Larken Associates values bold, colorful email blasts to send to potential brokers and tenants to help stand out in a competitive market and gain interest among commercial brokers. The blasts displayed were designed and sent out from 2019 to 2020 through email marketing services including Constant Contact and Property Send. Combined, they were sent to over 10,000+ email recipients. The branding showcases an established real estate company that offers modern buildings and amenities for tenants from startups all the way to Fortune 500 companies.

  • My visual concept for these email blasts was to create professional attention-grabbing graphics through vivid color schemes, angular vectors and responsive design.      

    Bold color schemes to peak interest of the viewer and help them stay on the page. Rich transparences of color are placed over images to help elevate and showcase the buildings being advertised. I made sure to add the brightest color used in the email blast to the bottom contact information to help the information and logos stand out. 

    The diagonal lines and angles used in the email blast draw the eye towards the attention-grabbing information first and encourage scrolling to the end of the email where the important contact information is listed. The angular vectors layered behind the text create an illusion of depth to help the copy of the email stand out. 

    Responsive design is imperative when designing email marketing campaigns. I kept the main photos and headline text large and easy-to-read whether someone was viewing the blast on their phone, tablet or computer. I added buttons that link to videos and property websites to help viewers find more information on the given property, all while keeping them on company selected websites.

  • Designing email marketing campaigns helped me learn how to organize information in a quick and concise manner while still creating professional and clear designs with the required copy, photos and floorplans. 

    I enjoyed the challenge of simplifying complicated concepts and text into a simple and easy to read email blast.
