Colour, toned and black & white fine art studies of a dramatic, multi-layered version of Aquilegia flower (Columbine, Granny’s Bonnet). The term mop-headed is purely my own mental picture that does not do justice to these gorgeous and elegant varieties.
The photos are stacks of between 9 and 27 shots at different focus points, but single exposure levels, mostly at f/16. Canon EOS80D and Tamron SP 35mm F/1.8, Di VC USD lens.
