For any one not familier the Folio society uk, runs a compatition for illustrators to design several images and a book jacket .

I entered the 2011 compatition with these three entries.

 

 

All of these works were done with quink ink and drawing inks with a slight touch of gouche paints on cardboard, great substance to ink on makes a change to a white background and its cheep if not free, also you don't need to strech it first because it does not warp unless totally soaked.
