Antarctica Outpost is a new human settlement on the southern continent. It is built due to rising temperature of 4 Celsius. The subtropics changes into tropical area, the tropics becomes dry, hot desert. Human is migrating to the free continent of Antarctica. Melting ice opens more barren, rocky plain to be built.

The extreme weather of the icy continent is still being an obstacle for human living. People need to construct more pleasant enclosed system where they can cultivate crops, to live with ease as in mild subtropical and tropical soil.
