Pitch - As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to help young people fight obesity. Overcome unhealthy eating habits and stay active. Target Audience - ● Young people ● Obesity ● High Blood Pressure ● Unhealthy eating habits Insight - Taking care of yourself will help you one day in your life. Small changes in one's lifestyle can have a big impact on their health.


Photograph 1 - The barbell is a great exercise tool that can provide a variety of exercises. This equipment is great to help young people lift and do incredible exercises to help with strength and natural balance, when using this tool. Photograph 2 - This exercise provides great strength to the biceps. The tool used is the barbell from the first image, and with this tool, young people can strengthen their arms that can benefit their everyday activity such as lifting groceries or lifting up a heavy television for the house. Photograph 3 - This photograph shows the biceps that are contracted as the barbell is curled up in a good form. The proper form is keeping the back straight, not arched, keeping the elbows by the waist as best as possible and inhaling as you curl the barbell to the chest. Great exercise builds raw strength and muscle size for the arms. Great to help young people build a strong self esteem. Photograph 4 & 5 - This exercise is the lunge. Lunges are great to build solid strength for the quads, glutes and even abdominals. The abdominals are contracted tightly as you lunge with one leg forward. This helps with balance of strong lower legs, and helps build a strong foundation when walking uphill while hiking or lifting a couch when moving out of an old home to a new one. Photograph 6 - This is a custom exercise that involves both lunges and shoulder press. This exercise helps build core, quads, glutes, shoulders and as well increase your overall balance with your body. This is an advanced exercise that can be completed after experiencing lunges and shoulder exercises. Perfect for young people who are trying to lose weight for this helps burn much more calories as more energy is exerted to complete a single rep.
