性格內斂的單親爸爸, 為了給予女兒更安定的環境、陪伴女兒的成長,決定回到家鄉重新開始。
寂寞涼麵就這樣佇足在台南市中西區 - 一個具備成熟商圈與交通便利兩個優質條件的地點。

「 天然的食材 / 傳統的製作 / 把食物做得好吃的『心』」
老闆-大軍發覺現下這個強調效率、方便的社會,人往往只是將食物囫圇下肚,
沒有餘裕的心與時間去品嚐,更別說辨別食材好壞的滋味。
大軍希望讓顧客透過寂寞涼麵認識食材的樸實自然,
看起來很平凡的, 吃起來最有滋味。

和定位相襯,寂寞一詞重新定義,讓這間店有如家⼀般的溫暖。

In order to provide his daughter with a more stable environment and to accompany her in her growth, the father, who is a restrained single parent, decided to return to his hometown and start anew. This is how Lonely Cold Noodles came to be located in the Central and Western District of Tainan City - a location with both a mature business district and convenient transportation.

"Natural ingredients / Traditional cooking / The 'heart' that makes food taste good.
Boss - Da-Chun is aware that in today's society, which emphasizes efficiency and convenience, people often do not fully digest food without fully digesting it, not to mention having the time to taste it, let alone distinguish the taste of good and bad ingredients. Da-jun hopes to let customers know the simplicity and nature of the ingredients through Lonely Cold Noodles.

This is the core keyword this time, and goes hand in hand with the positioning, redefining the word loneliness to make the shop feel as warm as home.

休假時常跟著女兒去爬⼭的大軍, 現在的身份已然成為「⼭」般是個令人感到安⼼的臂膀。
在日本有一種關於侘寂(wabi-sabi)的態度,描述為「不完美的,無常的,不完整的」。
親家庭雖不完整,但父女倆讓寂寞⽣成了安定的勇氣,不完美中依然有承諾,找到屬於他們之間可以擁抱與感激的態度。

特意將循環圍繞的圈繪製成像麵條的不規則邊緣,
為了與核心相輔,整體樣式維持「簡單、樸實、和諧」的感覺。

室內的店裝呈現多為暖黃光,桌椅櫃子選擇暗色系,整體分為會有安定、寧靜的感覺。
