objective: using tools as our unit, trace images of them and create intriguing illustrations demonstrating alternating figure/ground. the unit used is a corkscrew. the first part involved creating the unit figure that portrayed an equal amount of black and white 50/50. then we were challenged to proceed and develop 3 different patterns- one with color- and 5 mockups to portray those patterns.
