Alpas
We all have fought for something we truly believed in. We wanted A to happen, but we were given B. "Alpas" is a non-representational painting that shows just that. Thick and dry acrylic paint along with the dark warm colors used created an impression of a nerve-racking, unnerving, and bold scene.

The artist took inspiration from the era we live in. In today's world, people learned to stand up for themselves. Though no matter how much or hard they fight, they still get ignored. The artist dreams of a world where people no longer have to fight for themselves, people can live without having to care about continuously being judged, and people can learn to be open-minded. "Alpas" enables viewers to open their eyes to the world we live in. It allows viewers to use their imagination more than they usually do.
Epoch
Childhood, a particular period of time where kids are only just learning about the world. This non-representational painting depicts childhood. Thin, wet, and colorful acrylic paint were used in forming this vivid artwork. The artist took special care into the making of "Epoch." This aims to draw attention and to relive viewer's childhood.

The artist used her own childhood as reference to "Epoch." Thanks to her parents, she managed to live a happy and peaceful life. She ate three meals a day, and slept almost 8 hours everyday. Because of this kind of life, she was able to express herself through every kind of art, particularly drawing. She used vivid colors to show how happy and alive she felt during this particular time. It was only until she grew up to a teen where she realized the hardships and hideousness of life.

This painting allows viewers to recall the beauty of childhood. Various shapes and colors were used in forming the idea of innocent and wholesome life we all once lived.
