Tiyondah Fante Coleman is a researcher for the Pathways to Care Project. The Pathways to Care is a 5-year project developed by the Black Health Alliance organization. The project aims to remove barriers and improve access to mental health and addiction services for Black children, youth and their families in 6 cities across Ontario.
