About the project
Tiff is the last project developed during my bachelor studies. The project was a multidisciplinary co-operation of 3 bachelor themes: non-verbal storytelling, environment design and flat design. It took our team of 3 designers 2 weeks to finish the entire game.

About the game
Tiff is Point & Click adventure game made entirely non-verbal. It uses animations, sound effects, and images to convey information to the player. You control a cute little alien named Tiff who just crash landed on an unknown planet and now must find a way to return home. It is a casual game but in order to solve its puzzles, the player has to be aware of the environment and nonverbal cues. The answers lies in the details.
My involvement
This time around I had more freedom to conceptualize the initial vision and scope of the game. My contribution tiff aside from game design and programming had an added emphasis on sound design, animation and puzzle creation which was largely based on games by Amanita Design (Machinarium and Samorost). One of my main objectives was to make a full nonverbal experience which in turn creates a very immersive atmosphere.
