400.4 ISTD Student assessment 2020 - The significance of Numbers
This is a primarily typographic focused project that aims to create an engaging and informative experience through an editorial layout. The chosen was theme for the project was ’The significance of numbers’. This ISTD project urged us to use numbers along with type in a creative manner in order to communicate your researched message through a medium of the designer’s choise.

Rationale
My project surrounded the topic of fake news in South Africa using a newspaper as a medium. Fake News is a big problem in communities as it results in large group of misinformed and uneducated groups that can cause panic and dangerorous situations. The concept of Fake news spreading like wildfire inspired using the Fabonachi numbering system throughout the composistions, layouts and page nubering to emphisise the exponential trajectory fake news has.
