UNFOLDING | Poster Collection 2019-2020

2 years ago I was wandering around the city of Warsaw when I unexpectedly ended up on the poster exhibition in the Poster Museum.

That's when it all started to unfold.

I was Architecture student back then, traveling around, loved to draw and take photos, and obsessed with shapes and curious how they interacted with each other.

After returning back home in Tbilisi, Georgia, I was very inspired by how posters could create such a unique atmosphere and communicate so well. I realized that posters had their own niche somewhere in the middle of design and art. Soon I started a research. First, I was just enjoying to view posters of other popular and not so popular designers, then I decided to start making posters myself just for fun. Inspirations were coming from all over of the places: movies, music, art, books and my favorite minds of the world.

Fast forward...

Now I'm a full-time Graphic Designer who started out as making posters having no idea of software or design theory, but had a huge passion in exploring an ancient way of communication and storing information in visually appealing way.

This posters got awarded in POSTER category by 'IKA awards''.
