We worked with Manifest Distilling to create a website that enhanced their existing brand identity and helped introduce Jacksonville to a local distillery committed to American craftsmanship.
Manifest was set to open their distillery in Downtown, Jacksonville. This was an exciting time for the brand and the Manifest team needed help translating their brand into the digital space. Another design firm had created their brand identity and packaging, but now it was time to turn those visual starting points into an online presence and other brand materials.
We had a sense of the Manifest brand thanks to the established brand elements, but we still needed to turn the logo and packaging design into a familiar brand system that spoke to the company’s commitment to sophisticated American craftsmanship.
We needed to deliver a website that communicated the resiliency of a brand that prides itself on unity, growth, continued education, and constant refinement, but presented the core spirits as simply and beautifully as possible.

Brand maintenance + management
The web design process focused on alignment. We wanted the site to stay on brand, but also wanted to introduce fresh visual cues that felt like logical next steps. There was less discovery because of the work that had been done, but after delivering a site that matched Manifest’s vision, we began to translate the brand into other materials. We continue to enjoy a relationship with Manifest, helping to maintain brand consistency on everything from social media and distillery menus to merchandise and events.
Most recently, we collaborated on the label for an experimental series of small batch spirits.
For Temper, Manifest represents an opportunity to show the effectiveness of proper identity and design maintenance. As the company grows, it retains elements of the core brand that communicate Manifest’s commitment to tradition.
