Welcome to this guided meditation for honoring grief. This guided meditation is intended to help us understand our feelings and to connect more deeply with the present moment. It will enable us to overcome loss and grief despite the challenging circumstances we are presently facing.
So many people are going through difficult struggles right now, whether it be a personal loss or one of the many tough situations in the world. This can sometimes cause a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. My goal for this healing grief meditation is to bring you back to the present moment - to find peace, calm, and clarity. I hope that it brings you more focus each day, and better sleep at night.
