"Da Minha Janela" or "From My Window", translated, surges as an introspective about the confinement times lived in this pandemic. All footage was shot from the room I work in my house, and a free verse poem was created in order to better communicate the feelings and thoughts during these times.

Since my university was closed, all material used was mine, instead of a DSLR that I would rent there, I used an iPhone 7 Plus, and a Huawei P20 Lite, to create the time-lapses. In these terms, everything was made with an almost "artisanal" spirit, using some old speaker mounts and kitchen timer.

The goal of this assignment for Dynamic Semiotics was to share our vision and tell a story from our window, at our homes. This way, I told my story, my vision, my perspective about what I can or can't see from my window.
