In Tempelhofer Feld, the biggest urban open area of the world, and the biggest park in Berlin. It used to be an airport in the Weimar Republic, later for the Nazis, and then given to the US Military after the division of the city. 

Now is the biggest recreation and sports spot of Berlin, being specially crowded in summer and sunny days by cyclists, skaters, runners, windskaters and everyone who wants to enjoy the sun and the flat view while laying on the grass.
