Light of Day
This is a personal project that was created over the last year. In these restricted times we are all more aware of our surroundings since we are limited in our ways.
While walking around my own neighbourhood I started to pay more attention to the streets and how it seemed to change visually during the day. People walking around, cars that were being parked, reflections of light hitting the buildings. There was so much going on during a day that we normally don’t notice because we are part of the movement itself.
Time and space was the base for this project which led me to use a unique location and point of view in my own neighbourhood. By remaining at the same spot from sunrise to sunset I wanted to capture all the things that were going on during the day and create a single image that was a reflection of that particular day.
