The problem

A large Pharma company wanted to launch an in-depth user research to understand 'work related behaviours' of oncologists in Canada in order to build a new website for them.
Rosa was commissioned to assist them with the study

The approach

Candidates were sourced via a recruitment agency based on the screener Rosa prepared following the client's requirements. She was then tasked to carry out 10 in-depth remote interviews on Skype. The task was challenging as she was required to quickly familiarise herself with medical terminology and put together a discussion guide that would gather the info required but also 'spoke to the doctor's' at their level. 

Rosa put the discussion guide together, the Pharma company approved it and she then proceeded with running the interviews. In some of the interviews senior company representatives were present and they were impressed at Rosa's skills on carrying out the interviews. 

The solution
On completion of the research interviews, Rosa drafted a comprehensive report that was used to inform what the key themes of the new pharma site would be. 

This was a successful study as the site tested very well on content during the design stages.
