DYNAMUG is a smartmug that changes its color to signify points of cultural interest around the user. The orientation of the cup indicates the direction of these places using a color coding system. A fun interaction, a conversation starter, a tour guide – DYNAMUG is dynamic!

DYNAMUG was developed as a concept for Klassik Stiftung Weimar's Kulturportal project, and was displayed at the KulturSatelliten Exhibition at the Bauhaus Museum, Weimar. The Kulturportal is intended to be used as the starting point for tourists in the popular city of Weimar, to introduce them to the rich cultural and natural heritage the state of Thüringia has to offer.
