"Deep Desires" is inspired by the story of Oesed's Mirror from the novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
Harry discovers a mirror in which he sees himself reflected alongside his parents, whom he never got to meet. After visiting the mirror several times, Dumbledore explains that this mirror shows the deepest desire of the heart but that the mirror will not give him knowledge or truth and that there are people who have been consumed, fascinated by what they have seen or have gone crazy not knowing if what it shows is real or possible... Dumbledore concludes: "It is not good to let oneself be trapped by dreams and forget to live; remember that".
This story created in me a reflection with which I worked on the discourse of this series.
In this series composed of two photographs, "Isolated" and "Deep Desires", I represent the moments in my life when I have been so trapped by a dream that I have ended up devaluing everything around me.

"Deseos profundos" se inspira en la historia del Espejo de Oesed de la novela Harry Potter y la Piedra Filosofal.
Harry descubre un espejo en el que se ve reflejado junto a sus padres, a los que nunca llegó a conocer. Tras visitar el espejo varias veces, Dumbledore le explica que este espejo muestra el deseo más profundo del corazón pero que el espejo no le dará el conocimiento ni la verdad y que hay personas que se han consumido, fascinadas por lo que han visto o se han vuelto locas sin saber si lo que muestra es real o posible... Dumbledore concluye: "No es bueno dejarse atrapar por los sueños y olvidarse de vivir; recuérdalo".
Esta historia creó en mí una reflexión con la que trabajé el discurso de esta serie.
