Portrait of Red Jerk Pan
The jerk pan is a symbol of Jamaican people coming together to enjoy great food, music and vibes. You can find a chef on busy street corners making jerk chicken all over the island.
In this work I wanted to personify the jerk pan as a symbol of high status. Similarly to a portrait painting of a royal aristocrat, I wanted to place this scene into a high class viewing of my culture.

Box Food
Box Food represents the epitome of the food culture in Jamaica. You can buy box food anywhere on the island and expect the waiting line to be long from early in the morning to late at night.
Clothes Line Redemption No.1
Growing up in Jamaica gave me a lot of great memories that influence my work today. This scene portrays moments where I would help my mother pin sheets on the clothesline while they would sway in the breeze.
Pot a Bu’n
This render was created to depict family kitchens on Sunday evenings with food being cooked on high flames.
A Humming Bird Woke Me Up
We receive tranquility from nature when it breathes into our lives.
Hummingbirds and the hibiscus plants in this work are found all over Jamaica.
Albino Alligator
The stillness of alligators creates subtle ripples that disrupts the flow of whatever waterbody they lay in.
