Presto the dog cushion was the first. Created in the image of my sister's dog Presto who loves chasing squirrels. She is really good and never barks unless she has something really important to say. These cushions were inspired by an old pug dog cushion I had seen in a museum. Then came the others. Some based on actual dogs but others just made up. They all have a strong graphic style with simple black lines and bold, bright colours. They are made with durable cotton canvas and stuffed with recycled polyester.  

The initial idea was to sell these as patterns that people could then cut out, sew and stuff themselves.
