• First work created at the Creative Paradox Residency in Annapolis, MD. Composed of wood, acrylic and a copper fragment from the hull of the historic USS Constallation in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Ships and boats are a major theme of this retired sailor- they represent the woom, the cradle and the coffin. The worn fragment represents the casting off of the mortal coil and all of its issues- in turn becoming a wing lifting the spirit towards heaven.
