Nashama- 2013

  • A cast of two feet, which are about the size of a 3 yr old. When I was three, I attempted to run away from home. I took a cabbage and put it in a bucket, which slowed me down and I was stopped. The consequences scarred me for life- until recently. The cabbage leaves (the symbol of a deep humiliation), have been transformed into sails. the inside represents the colors of the dawn. Nashama means in Hebrew, breath, or the breath of God.
