This was a self-representation project for my Calligraphy art unit at the University.
The main goal was to bring together photography and calligraphy as one communication product, with a message chosen by us.

My inspiration came from the sentence "Beauty: Slightly mutilating the natural state of your body in order to be deemed acceptable." and from the shaved woman on Esquire magazine edition of 1965.
So I used the portuguese dictation: "Beleza, a quanto obrigas...!" = Beauty, how much you compel.
