以台灣幾種在地魚種作為設計對象，整理出料理方式及產地等內容編輯成冊，再以魚拓轉打凹的方式設計出代表真實魚體的書籍，最後用象徵新鮮的真空方式包裹書籍，希望能將最新鮮的資訊傳遞給消費者

使用魚拓呈現魚體真實樣貌，再將魚拓已打凹的方式刻在包裝上，希望營造一種打開盒子就猶如切開魚體
般的感受，也希望使觀者能在各種場合都能感受到魚種原始的樣貌
