Single Origin Cafe Fujairah is a specialty coffee store that was designed by Studio EM, as part of our scope of works, branding was included. In so far as to create the brand from scratch based on the name Single Origin.

Furthermore, we wanted to create an organic brand that paid homage to the concept of Single Origin Coffee. The design included everything from the logo to the packaging, website, uniforms and the interior design. In addition to the interior design, the branding brings the whole concept to life and creates many touch points. In the same way the clean, organic and crisp branding compliments the earthy and relaxing interior.

Single Origin Cafe Fujairah is a cool project from a studio perspective. We love projects such as this. As it shows what we can do as designers with a small space. Yes it’s always cool to work on big projects. But for us we also love working on these smaller projects. The project is only 70 square meters. However with the neutral tones and vibrant colors used, it appears much larger. Once you’re constricted by space and at times budget. That’s when you have to pull out all of the design skills and create something epic, which is something we’ve definitely done here.
