A client who organised regular events for diferent sectors came with the need of an app to allow the spread of it though space and time.
The idea of that an event effect is not finished because the event has ended was the guide for the project, we needed a technology that was easily shared in diferent formats and supports (Desktop app - USB, CD, etc ; Online version), the decision was to create a flash app (with one source we were able to export to any of the supports) that handled the the videos, powerpoint slides and almost any content through XML files, so it gave the capacity of updating and tayloring the app for the diferent event easily and quick.

Video playing syncronized with the Power Point slides, the app was also capable of handling videos, pictures and other formats used in the lectures, there was also the option of opening it as a PDF.
Full screen slide - we also added the option of listening the conference but with the slides in full screen.
