Costa Coffee sold Echoss Paper Stamps at offline stores that were linked to a mobile coupon book. Users could purchase the branded DIY stamp, put it together, and stamp on the Costa Coffee WeChat public account service page to activate the coupon book. Coupons held by the customer could then be redeemed at Costa Coffee locations.
