Project 1 required the compositions of two designs each using 5-8 letters or glyphs.  Each composition needed five unique glyphs, at least two being white and two being black. The first composition would use the Sans-serif Stemple Garamond Roman font and the other would use the Neue Haas Grotesque Bold font.  The compositions needed to be in black and white and they need to contain at least five different elements of typographic anatomy.
