Taxidermia

Taxidermy is a forgotten subject, specially in Portugal. On one hand, the presence of taxidermized animals is very common and natural, but on the other hand their presence in people's homes, to unnatentive eyes, becomes invisible.

These pieces were once important, to own them was a sign of status a reason to be proud. This project intends to portrait this forgotten pieces and their owners.
