Project Description:
The royal kitchen is introduces and teaches the imperial cuisine enjoyed by the qing emperors. If the diet of folk household and local restaurants is the foundation of Chinese cuisine, then imperial cuisine is the peak of Chinese ancient culinary art. The imperial diet of the qing dynasty reached its zenith in Chinese history.
Project Concept:
Most of the Royal dishes of the Qing Dynasty have become Beijing dishes. Through the investigation data, looking for some simple, beautiful and representative dishes. It is a perfect combination of traditional Chinese Book typesetting and English characters. Every paintings is the pattern on the Royal tableware of the Qing Dynasty, which is reflected by the traditional brush and strokes.
