This project was particularly interesting because it challenged me to bring real life items into the world of graphic design. I started this journey by photographing common household tools that I found around my house.  

My next step was to start sketching. I studied the tones and the shades that I could find in the photos so that I could produce a more realistic illustration.  

After the sketches were done, the next step was to scan them and put them in Illustrator so that I could make vectors and icons. 

The last step was the most exciting because you can see how much your hard work has paid of. This step involved colors and typefaces. The added text was a nice final touch so that the reader could understand the meaning right away.Based on the critiques that I got, I updated the final images images so that they would be clearer and more realistic. In the end, I am very proud the designs that came out.
