Gone are the days of traditional teaching methods. Blended learning can tear down the walls of traditional classroom. Blended learning is a shift to an online classroom environment at least a portion of a student day to improve the learning and conditions for teachers.

Blended learning is not about replacing teachers with technology, but it is all about empowering them with new opportunities to pursue new career pathways under improved conditions such as; reduced isolation, more opportunities for collaboration,  new time efficiency and role differentiation.
