SATELLITE CRABS
This composite image was my submission for the class' first foray into creating composites beyond strict guidelines laid out for us. It was also my first real experience correcting the colour of an image. I spent hours searching for the perfect pieces to create a coherent scene; an initial draft had two casually-clad women looking out over the satellite, but this was changed in favour of a person more dressed for the environment. I do believe this image turned out a little too blue to look natural, but it was an important step for me in learning these tools.
