For this project, I wanted to pay homage to one of my favorite horror movie icons, Samara. I wanted to illustrate her most popular scene wherein she pops out of the tv revealing herself. One aspect I had the most enjoyable experience with was drawing the hair all clumped up, giving it a wet look. I also ended up experimenting with the later styles, creating the static effect behind her. Overall had the most fun illustrating her and her surroundings.
