To create a photo-realistic watch in Adobe Illustrator

Sketching Process
I wanted to dive really into the watch and get more of the focused parts of watch. I figured it would be easier to sketch digital if the individual parts are done well.
Feedback
I received feedback that the numbers could be a little more accurate to the picture. I also got some feedback that the gradients could be a little better as well as the shadows/highlights.
Final
Conclusion
While there are still some tweaks and some things to add, the illustration fits the photo realistic criteria in that most of the shapes and shadows found in the image are there.
