In order to renew the 10+ years portfolio, one of the biggest recreational boats shipyard of latin america, Fibrafort has decided to invest on new boats from 23' to 25' of length, each size with different versions of bow (Cabin or Open).
FOCKER is the most sucessfull brand on Brazilian water, and the new design of boat family has imagined to state Reliability and Robustness thru clean shapes and honest lines, without lose the character of fun aboard.
The "new family" program started in 2017 and since then, four boats was born: Focker 255GTO, Focker 255GTC, Focker 242GTO and Focker 242GTC. Three of those projects you can check below ;)

Focker 255 GTO was the first model to be conceived, and the one that demands more time of development due to approve the modeling and math of hull and test it. This model has a small bathroom with toilet and sink at port and storage for cooler box on starboard ahead of cockpit, and many other storage boxes under seats besides many cupholders, reversible backrest and wake-ready targa. Is an all-about feature boat!

The manufacture of molds was also very challenging. The deck, hull, and other composite parts were full CNC machined by an huge
5 axis, 40 x 9 x 3,5 (LxWxH) meter milling.
The assembly of first unit goes thru a month, with a team focused on bring together the new parts, mainly upholstery and hardware.

A gourmet space was developed to be as option in all the new boats, replacing one of the seats.
That option comes with a Grill, a foldable lid/table, pair of cupholders and a storage.

Utilizing the same hull as the open, Focker 255 GTC has born. Only the stern and cockpit of the deck was used. Cabin door and steps for access the bow cushion was developed completely new. As well, cabin was projected to be a capsule with floor and roof fully assembled outside to be mounted after into the hull in production line.

Inside the cabin, Focker 255 GTC is equipped with a comfy bed with pillows, carpet, mini-fridge and a little cabinet.
The toilet is apart, with a faucet also ready for showers. All apparent wood is teak, which is very water resistant.

As a shorter and lean version of her elder sister, Focker 242 GTO is a true representer of what a boat needs to deliver: Practicality and functionality in a affordable package. This model has revisited all the layout, keeping good features as the reversible backrest and command panel, and taking out the bathroom and some pieces of upholstery, turning it into a very competitive player in segment of small recreation boats.
In addition, Focker 242 GTO was the first brazilian boat to be certified by ABNT/ACOBAR
(Brazilian Association of Technical Standards / Brazilian Association of Boatbuilders).
