A short hike on a dreich Saturday afternoon through a damp, moody section of The Bibbulmun Track, followed by an evening around the campfire in preparation for a pre-sunrise hike to the peak of Mt Cooke, Western Australia.
The aim was summit Mt Cooke before the sun emerged from the distant horizon, however, we got a little more than we bargained for!
